Job Responsibilities:

*Oversee all accounting transactions

*Check and Monitors all accounting books such as, CDB, JVB, CRB and GL

*Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Preparation of Payment Schedules

*Prepare Schedule of Withholding tax – Compensation

*Monitors all schedules needed in the Balance Sheets

*Prepares Year End on Withholding tax compensation

*Prepares Financial Report, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually

*Prepares Financial Statement at the End of the Year

*Oversee all accounting files in order

*Monitors Petty Cash Issuance

*Checks schedule for Withholding tax - compensation and expanded

*Monitors Withholding taxes at Source from the Clients and suppliers

*Prepare schedule for VAT every month

*Prepare Quarterly Reports for VAT and Income Tax

*Electronic filing and payment all BIR requirements

*Other tasks required by the Management

Job Qualifications:

*Must be graduate of Accounting

*CPA is an advantage

*Must have at least 3 year experience

*Must know how to handle pressure
